目的：探讨综合护理干预对老年脑卒中患者负性情绪及睡眠障碍的影响。方法：选择2013年2月~2014年2月通州区人民医院收治的老年脑卒中患者112例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各56例。对照组进行常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上给予综合性护理干预。对两组患者干预后的SAS和SDS评分变化情况、睡眠障碍改善情况及护理满意度进行比较。结果：干预后观察组的SAS评分和SDS评分明显低于干预前（ P<0.05）；观察组的SAS评分和SDS评分明显低于对照组（ P<0.05）；观察组的PSQI各项评分及总评分均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者的护理满意度（94.6%）明显高于对照组（80.4%）（P<0.05）。结论：实施有效的综合护理干预，可缓解老年脑卒中患者的负性情绪，改善睡眠质量，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토종합호리간예대노년뇌졸중환자부성정서급수면장애적영향。방법：선택2013년2월~2014년2월통주구인민의원수치적노년뇌졸중환자112례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각56례。대조조진행상규호리，관찰조재상규호리기출상급여종합성호리간예。대량조환자간예후적SAS화SDS평분변화정황、수면장애개선정황급호리만의도진행비교。결과：간예후관찰조적SAS평분화SDS평분명현저우간예전（ P<0.05）；관찰조적SAS평분화SDS평분명현저우대조조（ P<0.05）；관찰조적PSQI각항평분급총평분균명현우우대조조（P<0.05）；관찰조환자적호리만의도（94.6%）명현고우대조조（80.4%）（P<0.05）。결론：실시유효적종합호리간예，가완해노년뇌졸중환자적부성정서，개선수면질량，제고호리만의도，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative emotions and dys-somnia of elderly patients with stroke. Methods:112 cases of elderly patients with stroke in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 56 cases in each group. Control group was given routine care,while observation group was added comprehensive nursing intervention. SAS and SDS scores after the intervention,improvement of dyssomnia and satisfaction of patients in two groups were compared. Results:SAS and SDS scores in observation group after nursing intervention were significantly lower than those before nursing intervention( P<0 . 05 );SAS and SDS scores in observation group after nursing intervention were significantly lower than those in control group( P<0 . 05 );Each score and total score of PSQI in observation group after nursing inter-vention was significantly better than that in control group(P<0. 05);Satisfaction of patients in observation group(94. 6%)after nursing intervention was significantly higher than that in control group(80. 4%)(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly patients with stroke can alleviate their negative emotions,improve sleep quality,and enhance nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
