以钛酸丁酯为钛源,蒙脱石为基材,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2/蒙脱石复合光催化材料,通过研究不同制备条件下制得TiO2/蒙脱石复合光催化材料对垃圾渗滤液的去除性能。结果表明: TiO2溶胶/蒙脱石为5 mL/g、反应温度40℃、反应时间60 min、陈化温度80℃、陈化时间12 h、焙烧温度200℃时,复合材料对垃圾渗滤液的COD、 UV254和UV410的效率分别达到57.04%、55.39%和66.67%。

이태산정지위태원,몽탈석위기재,채용용효-응효법제비TiO2/몽탈석복합광최화재료,통과연구불동제비조건하제득TiO2/몽탈석복합광최화재료대랄급삼려액적거제성능。결과표명: TiO2용효/몽탈석위5 mL/g、반응온도40℃、반응시간60 min、진화온도80℃、진화시간12 h、배소온도200℃시,복합재료대랄급삼려액적COD、 UV254화UV410적효솔분별체도57.04%、55.39%화66.67%。
TiO2/montnorillonite composites were prepared by sol -gel method with tetrabutyl titanate as pre-cursor of TiO2 and montmorillonite as substrate .Removing capacity of the landfill leachate by TiO 2/montnorillonite compos-ites prepared under different synthetic conditions has been investigated .The optimum conditions were as follows:TiO2 sol/montmorillonite is 5 mL/g, reaction temperature 40℃, reaction time 60 min, hydrothermal treatment at 80℃for 12 h and calcination temperature 200 ℃.The result showed that the removal rates of COD , UV254 and UV410 were up to 57.04%, 55.39%and 66.67%, repectively .
