In this paper,the concept of consistently semicontinuous lattice is introduced and examined.By using the method of consistently semiprime minimal subsets,the relationships among the consistently semicontinuous,the property of preserving c and the property of preserving consistently semiprime minimal subsets of mappings are ex-plained.In addition,the fact that any retract of a consistently semicontinuous lattice is still consistently semicontin-uous is proved.
