[目的]为适应机械化播种要求,提高种子质量,开展辽单565制种密度对种子质量与活力的影响的研究。[方法]以辽单565为试验材料,其母本设置4个杂交制种密度为60000、67500、75000、82500株/hm2,研究不同密度下杂交制种对种子农艺性状及种子活力的影响。[结果]75000株/hm2下株高和茎粗高于其他密度水平,在82500株/hm2下产量最高,67500株/hm2下种子活力最佳。[结论]为得到种子活力较高的种子,辽宁地区辽单565可以杂交制种母本密度可以设为67500株/hm2。

In order to meet the requirements of mechanized sowing and improve the quality of seeds, the effects of different hybrid seed production densities on quality and vigor of Liaodan 565 seed were studied. [Method] Using Liaodan 565 as test material, setting four hybrid seed production densities 60 000, 67 500, 75 000, 82 500 plants/hm2,agronomic characters and seed vigor under different hybrid seed production densities were studied. [Result] Under 75 000 plants/plant height and stem diameter were higher than other treatments, the yield was the highest under 82 500 plants/hm2, seed vigor was the best under 67 500 plants/hm2. [Conclusion] In order to get better vigor seeds, hybrid seed production density was 67 500 plants/hm2 in Liaoning.
