目的：观察脉络宁冻干粉对大鼠脑缺血的保护作用。方法：48只SD 大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、脉络宁低、中、高剂量组和脉络宁注射液组，采用大脑中动脉栓线法造模（ MCAO ）。通过行为学评分、脑含水量、脑梗塞范围等指标观察脉络宁冻干粉对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的保护作用。结果：与模型组比较，脉络宁冻干粉中、高剂量组均明显降低术后24小时大鼠行为学评分，减轻缺血侧脑半球水肿程度（P＜0.01）；低、中、高剂量组的脑梗塞范围明显小于模型组（P＜0.05）。结论：脉络宁冻干粉对大鼠脑缺血损伤具有明显的保护作用。
목적：관찰맥락저동간분대대서뇌결혈적보호작용。방법：48지SD 대서수궤분위가수술조、모형조、맥락저저、중、고제량조화맥락저주사액조，채용대뇌중동맥전선법조모（ MCAO ）。통과행위학평분、뇌함수량、뇌경새범위등지표관찰맥락저동간분대대서국조성뇌결혈적보호작용。결과：여모형조비교，맥락저동간분중、고제량조균명현강저술후24소시대서행위학평분，감경결혈측뇌반구수종정도（P＜0.01）；저、중、고제량조적뇌경새범위명현소우모형조（P＜0.05）。결론：맥락저동간분대대서뇌결혈손상구유명현적보호작용。
Objective:To observe the actions of Mailuoning freeze -dried powder on rats'cerebral ischemia.Methods:48 SD rats were divided into 6 groups, including the sham-operation group, arterial embolism cere-bral focal cerebral ischemia model group , low, medium and high dose freez -dried powder groups and mailoun-ing injection group.The behavioral score , brain water content , the range of cerebral infarction were used to ob-serve the protection effects of Mailuoning freeze -dried powder.Results:Mailuoning freeze-dried powder could obviously decrease the behavioral score and reduce the brain water content ( P<0.01 ).The ranges of cerebral infarction of lose dose , medium dose , high dose groups were obviously lower than that of model group ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Mailuoning freeze-dried powder could protect rats cerebral injuhy caused by ischemia .
