目的：观察扶正固本法治疗对晚期胃癌患者的疗效和T淋巴细胞亚群的影响，探讨扶正固本治则治疗晚期胃癌的机理。方法：60例晚期胃癌患者，随机分为2组，治疗组与对照组各30例，对照组予以常规对症支持治疗，治疗组在常规对症支持治疗基础上，加服扶正固本方汤剂。观察治疗前后症状体征的变化及T细胞亚群的变化。结果：治疗组纳差、乏力等症状积分差值与对照组比较有显著差异（P＜0.05）；上腹痛、消瘦等症状治疗前后的积分差值，两组对比无差异（P＞0.05）；两组治疗前CD4＋、CD8＋及CD4＋/CD8＋均无显著差异（ P＞0.05）；治疗后治疗组的CD8＋与对照组比较无显著差异， CD4＋及CD4＋/CD8＋较对照组有显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论：扶正固本方有提高晚期胃癌患者机体免疫功能的作用。
목적：관찰부정고본법치료대만기위암환자적료효화T림파세포아군적영향，탐토부정고본치칙치료만기위암적궤리。방법：60례만기위암환자，수궤분위2조，치료조여대조조각30례，대조조여이상규대증지지치료，치료조재상규대증지지치료기출상，가복부정고본방탕제。관찰치료전후증상체정적변화급T세포아군적변화。결과：치료조납차、핍력등증상적분차치여대조조비교유현저차이（P＜0.05）；상복통、소수등증상치료전후적적분차치，량조대비무차이（P＞0.05）；량조치료전CD4＋、CD8＋급CD4＋/CD8＋균무현저차이（ P＞0.05）；치료후치료조적CD8＋여대조조비교무현저차이， CD4＋급CD4＋/CD8＋교대조조유현저차이（P＜0.05）。결론：부정고본방유제고만기위암환자궤체면역공능적작용。
Objective:Through the use of Fuzheng guben method in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer patients, to observe the curative effect and influence on T lymphocyte subsets , explore the mechanism of "Fuzheng Guben"therapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer .Methods: 60 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group, the control group was given routine symptomatic and supportive treatment , the treatment group was given Fuzheng guben decoction based on conventional symptomatic and supportive treatment , the changes of symptoms signs and T lymphocyte subsets wese observed .Results: In treatment group,anorexia, fatigue and other symp-toms integral was difference to compare with the control group ( P<0.05 );before and after treatment upper ab-dominal pain , weight loss and other symptoms integral was no difference between the two groups ( P>0.05 ) . There were no difference between the two groups on CD 4+,CD8 +and CD4+/CD8+changes before treated ,there were significant difference on CD4+and CD4+/CD8+(P<0.05)after treated,CD8 +change was no obvious.Con-clusion:Fuzheng guben decoction can inhance the immunologic function of advanced gastric carcer patients .
