目的:探究提高自闭症儿童指令听从能力的有效干预方案。方法采用A-B实验设计,制订针对教师和学生的2套干预方案并实施,对比分析实施前后的差异。结果自闭症个案指令听从能力基线期与处理期数据呈极显著差异。结论通过干预方案的实施,个案指令听从能力得到显著提高,以康复师为主体,家长辅助的干预模式对自闭症儿童指令听从能力的提高具有明显帮助。

목적:탐구제고자폐증인동지령은종능력적유효간예방안。방법채용A-B실험설계,제정침대교사화학생적2투간예방안병실시,대비분석실시전후적차이。결과자폐증개안지령은종능력기선기여처리기수거정겁현저차이。결론통과간예방안적실시,개안지령은종능력득도현저제고,이강복사위주체,가장보조적간예모식대자폐증인동지령은종능력적제고구유명현방조。
Objective To explore an effective intervention program to improve the ability of autistic children to follow the instructions.Methods By using A-B experimental design, a series of indexes were developed to assess the child’s ability to follow the instructions. Two intervention programs were designed for the teachers and students respectively based on 4 design elements “one center, two goals, three steps, four people” and major factors influencing the ability to follow the instructions such as the way of instructions, complexity of instructions, attention to and understanding of instructions and implementation and generalization of instructions. The programs were implemented and the performance of the child was assessed before and after the intervention.Results There was a highly significant difference between the baseline data and the post-intervention data, showing the improvement in the ability of the autistic child to follow the instructions.Conclusion After the implementation of the intervention programs, the ability of the child to follow the instructions is significantly improved.
