“睿智”是宋代文学精神的精髓与灵魂，在它的统摄下，宋代文学精神呈现出继承与独立、理性与情欲、悲观与达观等多元化矛盾的和谐统一。生发“睿智”这一精神核心的根本原因是宋人能将儒、道、释三种思想实现内在融合，从而生发的睿智的人生哲学：以儒家思想为主的治世哲学，以道家思想为主的养生哲学，以佛家思想为主的修身哲学。
“예지”시송대문학정신적정수여령혼，재타적통섭하，송대문학정신정현출계승여독립、이성여정욕、비관여체관등다원화모순적화해통일。생발“예지”저일정신핵심적근본원인시송인능장유、도、석삼충사상실현내재융합，종이생발적예지적인생철학：이유가사상위주적치세철학，이도가사상위주적양생철학，이불가사상위주적수신철학。
“Wisdom”is the essence and soul of the literature spirit of Song dynasty.Governed by wisdom,the lit-erary spirit of Song dynasty presents the character of harmonious unity of inheritance and independence,reason and passion,pessimism and optimism etc.The fundamental reason that caused “wisdom”-the core of the literature spirit-lies in the fact that people in Song dynasty could integrate the ideas of Confucianism,Taoism and Bud-dhism,resulting in the development of the philosophy of wisdom,which includes:governing the society by Confu-cianism,purifying the mind by Buddhism and maintaining the body by Taoism.
