近年来,3 T MRI技术发展十分迅速,已广泛应用于软骨病变的诊断和疗效评价。各种软骨成像序列不断被开发和应用,目前已从传统的二维、三维形态成像向生化成分成像转变,以期能够对关节软骨形态学改变之前的软骨生化改变进行显示,为早期软骨损伤诊断和监测提供临床参考依据。目前,关节软骨生化成分成像技术包括T2 mapping、T2*mapping及T1ρ成像等。就3 T MR关节软骨生化成分成像的临床应用及研究进展予以综述。
近年來,3 T MRI技術髮展十分迅速,已廣汎應用于軟骨病變的診斷和療效評價。各種軟骨成像序列不斷被開髮和應用,目前已從傳統的二維、三維形態成像嚮生化成分成像轉變,以期能夠對關節軟骨形態學改變之前的軟骨生化改變進行顯示,為早期軟骨損傷診斷和鑑測提供臨床參攷依據。目前,關節軟骨生化成分成像技術包括T2 mapping、T2*mapping及T1ρ成像等。就3 T MR關節軟骨生化成分成像的臨床應用及研究進展予以綜述。

In recent years, 3 T MRI system is growing so rapidly that it has been widely used in the diagnosis and evaluation of the curative efficacy of cartilage lesions. The various imaging sequences of cartilage are being developed and applied constantly. Nowadays it begins to transform from traditional two dimensional and three dimensional morphological imaging to biochemical composition imaging. The biochemical composition imaging can show the biochemical changes prior to morphological changes of cartilage and provide clinical references about early diagnosis and monitoring of cartilage damage. At present, the biochemical composition imaging technology of articular cartilage includes T2 mapping, T2*mapping, T1ρ, etc. In this paper, we reviewed the applications and progresses of 3 T MRI biochemical composition imaging in articular cartilage.
