目的：探讨老年病房人性化服务的护理实践及潜在效能。方法：通过推崇人性化的思维方式和工作模式，提高护士自身修养和专业知识，让人性化服务在护理工作中得到充分的体现。结果：护理工作在老年病房顺利开展，患者满意度指数明显提高，病房里洋溢着温馨的气氛。结论：通过人性化服务在老年病房护理工作中的应用，从根本上改善护患关系，提高护理质量，降低医患纠纷，增强老年人就诊率，进一步提高医院的社会知名度。

OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of nursing practice and the potential effectiveness of humanized service of the geri-atric ward. METHOD: Thinking and working mode of humanity could improve nurses’ self-cultivation and professional knowledge and let the human services to be fully reflected in the nursing work. RESULTS: The nursing service was carried out smoothly in the geriatric ward so that satisfaction index of patients satisfaction was raised. CONCLUSION: By carring out the human services in the geriatric ward nurse-patient relationship and quality of care are all improved fundamentally, patient disputes are reduced, the senile patients attendance rate is enhanced and further improved the hospital’ s social awareness.
