随着心脑血管疾病发病率的逐年增高，动脉粥样硬化已成为医学研究的重点和热点。近年研究发现，花生四烯酸的代谢产物在动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展及斑块不稳定性中发挥着重要作用，并有望为动脉粥样硬化的防治提供新思路。现就花生四烯酸代谢产物与动脉粥样硬化之间的关系做一综述。
隨著心腦血管疾病髮病率的逐年增高，動脈粥樣硬化已成為醫學研究的重點和熱點。近年研究髮現，花生四烯痠的代謝產物在動脈粥樣硬化的髮生、髮展及斑塊不穩定性中髮揮著重要作用，併有望為動脈粥樣硬化的防治提供新思路。現就花生四烯痠代謝產物與動脈粥樣硬化之間的關繫做一綜述。
수착심뇌혈관질병발병솔적축년증고，동맥죽양경화이성위의학연구적중점화열점。근년연구발현，화생사희산적대사산물재동맥죽양경화적발생、발전급반괴불은정성중발휘착중요작용，병유망위동맥죽양경화적방치제공신사로。현취화생사희산대사산물여동맥죽양경화지간적관계주일종술。
As the incidence of cardiovascular disease has increased , atherosclerosis has become a focal point of medical research .Re-cent studies have found that the metabolites of arachidonic acid play an important role in the occurrence , development and plaque instability of atherosclerosis , and are expected to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis .This paper summarizes the rela-tionship between metabolites of arachidonic acid and atherosclerosis .
