为探讨银合欢(Leucaena leucocephala)的化学成分,从银合欢豆荚乙醇提取物中分离得到7个酚类化合物,经过波谱分析,鉴定为原儿茶酸乙酯(1)、丁香酸(2)、3-羟基-1-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯基)丙烷-1-酮(3)、咖啡酸甲酯(4)、(Z)-对香豆醛(5)、3-甲氧基-4-羟苯丙烷-7,8,9-三醇(6)、愈创木基甘油-8-O-4′-芥子醇醚(7)。所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。化合物1对大肠杆菌和鼠伤沙门氏菌有一定的抑制活性。
為探討銀閤歡(Leucaena leucocephala)的化學成分,從銀閤歡豆莢乙醇提取物中分離得到7箇酚類化閤物,經過波譜分析,鑒定為原兒茶痠乙酯(1)、丁香痠(2)、3-羥基-1-(3-甲氧基-4-羥基苯基)丙烷-1-酮(3)、咖啡痠甲酯(4)、(Z)-對香豆醛(5)、3-甲氧基-4-羥苯丙烷-7,8,9-三醇(6)、愈創木基甘油-8-O-4′-芥子醇醚(7)。所有化閤物均為首次從該植物中分離得到。化閤物1對大腸桿菌和鼠傷沙門氏菌有一定的抑製活性。
위탐토은합환(Leucaena leucocephala)적화학성분,종은합환두협을순제취물중분리득도7개분류화합물,경과파보분석,감정위원인다산을지(1)、정향산(2)、3-간기-1-(3-갑양기-4-간기분기)병완-1-동(3)、가배산갑지(4)、(Z)-대향두철(5)、3-갑양기-4-간분병완-7,8,9-삼순(6)、유창목기감유-8-O-4′-개자순미(7)。소유화합물균위수차종해식물중분리득도。화합물1대대장간균화서상사문씨균유일정적억제활성。
In order to understand the chemical constituents of Leucanea leucocephala, seven phenolic compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of L. leucocephala pods. On the basis of spectral data, they were identiifed as ethyl protocatechuate (1), syringic acid (2), 3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)propan-1-one (3), caffeic acid methyl ester (4), (Z)-p-coumaric aldehyde (5), 3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-phenylpropane-7,8,9-trio1 (6), and guaiacylglycerol-8-O-4′-(sinapyl alcohol) ether (7). All the compounds were obtained from L. leucocephala for the first time. Compound 1 showed in vitro antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhimurium strains.
