利用浙江省969份问卷调查数据,实证分析了浙江省新生代农民工对经济转型升级的态度及其个体差异。结果表明,新生代农民工对“经济转型升级”概念有一定程度的认知:他们能强烈地意识到经济转型升级对个体职业技能的要求越来越高,也能理性地认识经济转型升级对个体就业的影响,表现出更加开放的就业态度和较强的就业自信心。但其认知也有一定的局限性,应加大对经济转型升级的宣传力度,准确把握经济转型升级背景下新生代农民工的发展需求,大力拓宽新生代农民工职业教育与培训的途径,构建有效的激励和评价机制,并不断改善就业环境。
利用浙江省969份問捲調查數據,實證分析瞭浙江省新生代農民工對經濟轉型升級的態度及其箇體差異。結果錶明,新生代農民工對“經濟轉型升級”概唸有一定程度的認知:他們能彊烈地意識到經濟轉型升級對箇體職業技能的要求越來越高,也能理性地認識經濟轉型升級對箇體就業的影響,錶現齣更加開放的就業態度和較彊的就業自信心。但其認知也有一定的跼限性,應加大對經濟轉型升級的宣傳力度,準確把握經濟轉型升級揹景下新生代農民工的髮展需求,大力拓寬新生代農民工職業教育與培訓的途徑,構建有效的激勵和評價機製,併不斷改善就業環境。
이용절강성969빈문권조사수거,실증분석료절강성신생대농민공대경제전형승급적태도급기개체차이。결과표명,신생대농민공대“경제전형승급”개념유일정정도적인지:타문능강렬지의식도경제전형승급대개체직업기능적요구월래월고,야능이성지인식경제전형승급대개체취업적영향,표현출경가개방적취업태도화교강적취업자신심。단기인지야유일정적국한성,응가대대경제전형승급적선전력도,준학파악경제전형승급배경하신생대농민공적발전수구,대력탁관신생대농민공직업교육여배훈적도경,구건유효적격려화평개궤제,병불단개선취업배경。
Using 9 6 9 sample data in Zhej iang,the attitudes and its differences of the new generation of migrant workers to the economic transformation and upgrading analyzed empirically by descriptive statistics. The results showed that,the new generation of migrant workers have a certain understanding of the concept of"economic transformation and upgrading",but need to be improved.At the same time,they can strongly realize that economic transformation and upgrading has increasing demands on the individual occupation skill and that the economic transformation and upgrading have effects on individual employment,so they show a more open attitude to employment and strong employment confidence.Based on the above conclusions,it were proposed to strengthen propaganda to the economic transformation and upgrading, Accurately grasp the development demand of the new generation of migrant workers under the background of economic transformation and upgrading,vigorously expand the occupation education and training way of the new generation of migrant workers,build effective occupation education and training incentive and evaluation mechanisms of the new generation of migrant workers,and continuously improve the employment environment of the new generation of migrant workers.
