目的：观察仙鹿口服液治疗特发性弱精子症患者的疗效。方法选择特发性弱精子症患者74例，随机分为两组，治疗组37例，口服仙鹿口服液（10mL tid）及维生素E（100mg tid），3个月为1疗程；对照组37例，口服维生素E（100mg tid），疗程同前。观察1个疗程，比较两组精液指标变化以及配偶受孕情况。结果经过3个月疗程，治疗组精子活力明显提高（P＜0.05）；对照组患者治疗后精子活力、精子浓度与治疗前相比有所提高，但差异均无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。治疗后两组比较，治疗组的精子活力明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。经3个月治疗后女方妊娠者，治疗组10例（27.8%），对照组1例（2.8%），两组存在显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论仙鹿口服液能明显改善特发性弱精子症患者的精子活力，提高配偶妊娠率，安全有效。
목적：관찰선록구복액치료특발성약정자증환자적료효。방법선택특발성약정자증환자74례，수궤분위량조，치료조37례，구복선록구복액（10mL tid）급유생소E（100mg tid），3개월위1료정；대조조37례，구복유생소E（100mg tid），료정동전。관찰1개료정，비교량조정액지표변화이급배우수잉정황。결과경과3개월료정，치료조정자활력명현제고（P＜0.05）；대조조환자치료후정자활력、정자농도여치료전상비유소제고，단차이균무통계학차이（P＞0.05）。치료후량조비교，치료조적정자활력명현고우대조조（P＜0.05）。경3개월치료후녀방임신자，치료조10례（27.8%），대조조1례（2.8%），량조존재현저성차이（P＜0.05）。결론선록구복액능명현개선특발성약정자증환자적정자활력，제고배우임신솔，안전유효。
Objective To investigate clinical effects of Xianlu oral liquid in the treatment of idiopathic asthenozoospermia. Methods A total of 74 patients with idiopathic asthenozoospermia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Patients in the treatment group were administrated with Xianlu oral liquid at the dose of 10ml tid and vitamin E at 100mg tid, and patients in the control group were given with vitamin E at 100mg tid. After 3 months, the changes in the patients’ seminal parameters and the rate of pregnancy of their wives were analyzed. Results After 3 months treatment, percentage of sperm motility was significantly increased in the treatment group as compared with that of the pretreatment and control group (P<0.05). The rate of pregnancy was significantly higher in the treatment group (27.8%) than that in the control group (2.8%). Conclusion Xianlu oral liquid can significantly improve sperm motility of patients with idiopathic asthenozoospermia and promote the rate of their spouse pregnancy.
