目的:探讨前列腺炎Ⅰ号治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的作用机制。方法将70只雄性大鼠随机分为空白组(生理盐水10ml?kg-1)、模型组(生理盐水10ml?kg-1)、阳性组(前列舒乐颗粒2.4g?kg-1)和前列腺炎Ⅰ号小剂量组(10g?kg-1)、前列腺炎Ⅰ号中剂量组(20g?kg-1)、前列腺炎Ⅰ号大剂量组(40g?kg-1)。采用免疫性造模方法,空白组则注射生理盐水,30d后重复造模一次,45d后灌胃给药。给药28d后,剥取前列腺组织,免疫组化检测转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)和结缔组织生长因子( CTGF)表达水平。结果与空白组相比,其余各组大鼠前列腺组织TGF-β1和CTGF表达水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组相比,其余各组大鼠前列腺组织TGF-β1、CTGF表达水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与阳性组相比,其余各组大鼠前列腺组织TGF-β1、CTGF表达水平均有明显差异性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列腺炎Ⅰ号各剂量组能有效抑制CNP大鼠前列腺组织TGF-β1和CTGF的表达水平,改善前列腺组织的纤维化程度,其中,中、大剂量组效果更佳。

목적:탐토전렬선염Ⅰ호치료만성비세균성전렬선염적작용궤제。방법장70지웅성대서수궤분위공백조(생리염수10ml?kg-1)、모형조(생리염수10ml?kg-1)、양성조(전렬서악과립2.4g?kg-1)화전렬선염Ⅰ호소제량조(10g?kg-1)、전렬선염Ⅰ호중제량조(20g?kg-1)、전렬선염Ⅰ호대제량조(40g?kg-1)。채용면역성조모방법,공백조칙주사생리염수,30d후중복조모일차,45d후관위급약。급약28d후,박취전렬선조직,면역조화검측전화생장인자-β1(TGF-β1)화결체조직생장인자( CTGF)표체수평。결과여공백조상비,기여각조대서전렬선조직TGF-β1화CTGF표체수평명현승고,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);여모형조상비,기여각조대서전렬선조직TGF-β1、CTGF표체수평명현강저,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);여양성조상비,기여각조대서전렬선조직TGF-β1、CTGF표체수평균유명현차이성,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론전렬선염Ⅰ호각제량조능유효억제CNP대서전렬선조직TGF-β1화CTGF적표체수평,개선전렬선조직적섬유화정도,기중,중、대제량조효과경가。
Objective To study the mechanism of No.I decotion in the treatment of CNP rats with chronic prostatitis. Methods Total of 70 rats were divided into 6 groups including normal contrast group (treated with normal saline 10ml?kg-1), model contrast group (treated with normal saline 10ml?kg-1), yang contrast group (treated wih qianlieshule 2.4g?kg-1), No.I decotion for prostatitis low-dose group (treated with10g?kg-1), middle-dose group (treated with 20g?kg-1), high-dose group (treated with 40g?kg-1). Rats in normal contrast group were injected subcutaneously with with 1 mL normal saline, and rats model in the other groups were done using self-immunitymodeling method, 30 days later the rats were retreated again,45 days later,they were administrated with drug mentioned above. 28 days later, prostate tissue of rats were resected for analysis of the amount of TGF-β1 and CTGF using immunohistochemical staining. Results that in The levels of TGF-β1 and CTGF in prostatic tissue of the rest groups were much higher than that in normal contrast group, the difference was significant(P<0.05). Compared to that in the model contrast group, the amount of TGF-β1 and CTGF in prostatic tissue of the rest groups were significantly increased(P <0.05). The levels of TGF-β1 and CTGF in prostatic tissue of other groups were significantly changed (P <0.05) as compared with that in yang contrast group. Conclusion Every dose group of No.I decotion for prostatitis all effectively inhibited the expressions of TGF-β1 and CTGF in prostatic tissue of CNP rat models and alleviate the fibrosis severity of prostatic tissue, of which the middle and high dose groups were more effective.
