精子是一种隐蔽抗原，可引起机体产生抗精子抗体。抗精子抗体能够影响生殖细胞的结合、胚胎着床等过程，进而导致免疫性不孕不育。近年来，与免疫性不孕不育密切相关的抗精子抗体所结合的精子表面抗原及其抗原表位已成为抗精子抗体检测及避孕疫苗的主要研究对象之一。该文对与免疫性不孕不育相关的精子表面抗原及其抗原表位的筛选和鉴定，以及当前精子抗原表位研究所面临的难点作一简要的综述。
精子是一種隱蔽抗原，可引起機體產生抗精子抗體。抗精子抗體能夠影響生殖細胞的結閤、胚胎著床等過程，進而導緻免疫性不孕不育。近年來，與免疫性不孕不育密切相關的抗精子抗體所結閤的精子錶麵抗原及其抗原錶位已成為抗精子抗體檢測及避孕疫苗的主要研究對象之一。該文對與免疫性不孕不育相關的精子錶麵抗原及其抗原錶位的篩選和鑒定，以及噹前精子抗原錶位研究所麵臨的難點作一簡要的綜述。
정자시일충은폐항원，가인기궤체산생항정자항체。항정자항체능구영향생식세포적결합、배태착상등과정，진이도치면역성불잉불육。근년래，여면역성불잉불육밀절상관적항정자항체소결합적정자표면항원급기항원표위이성위항정자항체검측급피잉역묘적주요연구대상지일。해문대여면역성불잉불육상관적정자표면항원급기항원표위적사선화감정，이급당전정자항원표위연구소면림적난점작일간요적종술。
Sperm is a kind of inaccessible antigens that can lead to synthesize anti-sperm antibody potential-ly.The binding of anti-sperm antibody to sperm surface antigen may affect some biological processes , such as the for-mation of fertilized egg and embryo implantation , and thus result in immunological infertility .In recent years , sperm surface antigen and its epitopes combining with anti-sperm antibody related to immunoinfertility have become one of the major research objects in the research of anti-sperm antibody detection and contraceptive vaccines preparation .In this paper , we review briefly the screening and identification of sperm surface antigen as well as its epitopes related to immunoinfertility and the challenges that the research faces .
