目的:探讨冠心病(CHD)患者血清中同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、胱抑素C(CysC)、N-末端脑利钠肽前体( NT-proBNP)水平变化及临床意义。方法应用日立7100全自动生化分析仪及FIA8000免疫分析仪,分别检测52例冠心病患者和52名健康体检者血清中HCY、CysC及NT-proBNP的含量,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果冠心病患者血清中HCY、CysC及NT-proBNP含量均显著高于健康体检者,两者差异具有统计学意义( P<0.01);心肌梗死组与无心肌梗死组HCY、NT-proBNP水平两者比较差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05或P<0.01),CysC含量两者之间差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论联合检测血清中HCY、CysC及NT-proBNP水平,对临床诊断与治疗冠心病具有一定的指导意义。

목적:탐토관심병(CHD)환자혈청중동형반광안산(HCY)、광억소C(CysC)、N-말단뇌리납태전체( NT-proBNP)수평변화급림상의의。방법응용일립7100전자동생화분석의급FIA8000면역분석의,분별검측52례관심병환자화52명건강체검자혈청중HCY、CysC급NT-proBNP적함량,병대결과진행통계학분석。결과관심병환자혈청중HCY、CysC급NT-proBNP함량균현저고우건강체검자,량자차이구유통계학의의( P<0.01);심기경사조여무심기경사조HCY、NT-proBNP수평량자비교차이구유통계학의의( P<0.05혹P<0.01),CysC함량량자지간차이무통계학의의( P>0.05)。결론연합검측혈청중HCY、CysC급NT-proBNP수평,대림상진단여치료관심병구유일정적지도의의。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum homocysteine (HCY),cystatin C(CysC) and N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide precursor ( NT-proBNP ) in patients with coronary heart disease and its clinical significance .Methods Hitachi 7100 automatic biochemical analyzer and FIA 8000 immunoassay analyzer were used to detect serum levels of HCY , CysC and NT-proBNP in 52 cases of coronary heart disease patients and 52 cases of healthy volunteers , and the results were statistically analyzed .Results Content of serum HCY and CysC and NT-proBNP in patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those in healthy individuals ( all P<0.01 ) .Between myocardial infarction group and no myocardial infarction group there were a statistically significant difference in level of Hcy and NT-proBNP(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but there was no statistical significance in level of CysC(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of serum HCY, CysC and NT-proBNP levels, has a ceitain guid-ing significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease .
