目的:评价两组玻璃化冷冻保护剂对卵裂期胚胎的冷冻效果。方法以体外受精-胚胎移植周期患者受精后第3天废弃胚胎为实验对象,共102枚胚胎入选,随机分为乙二醇+丙二醇( EG+PROH)组52枚,乙二醇+二甲基亚砜( EG+DMSO)组50枚。比较观察两组玻璃化冷冻保护剂对卵裂期胚胎冷冻解冻后胚胎的复苏效果。结果玻璃化冻融后两组在复苏率上无显著差异,但在完整胚胎复苏率和卵裂球复苏率上EG+PROH组显著高于EG+DMSO组( P<0.05)。结论对于卵裂期胚胎的玻璃化冷冻,选用EG+PROH作为冷冻保护剂可取得较好的效果。

목적:평개량조파리화냉동보호제대란렬기배태적냉동효과。방법이체외수정-배태이식주기환자수정후제3천폐기배태위실험대상,공102매배태입선,수궤분위을이순+병이순( EG+PROH)조52매,을이순+이갑기아풍( EG+DMSO)조50매。비교관찰량조파리화냉동보호제대란렬기배태냉동해동후배태적복소효과。결과파리화동융후량조재복소솔상무현저차이,단재완정배태복소솔화란렬구복소솔상EG+PROH조현저고우EG+DMSO조( P<0.05)。결론대우란렬기배태적파리화냉동,선용EG+PROH작위냉동보호제가취득교호적효과。
Objective To evaluate the effects of two groups of cryoprotectants on cleavage stage embryos . Methods A total of 102 discarded embryos on day 3 after fertilizaion from IVF/ICSI-ET cycles were randomly allo-cated to group of ethylene glycol +propanediol(EG+PROH) (52 embryos)and group of ethylene glycol +dimethyl sulphoxide(EG+DMSO)(50 embryos).After warming, the survivals efficient of embryos between the two groups were compared.Results After warming, the two groups had a similar survival rate , but the intact survival rate and blastomere survival rate of cleavage stage embryos in the EG +PROH group was significantly higher than those in the EG+DMSO group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the vitrification of cleavage stage embryos , using EG+PROH as a cryoprotectant can achieve good results .
