目的：探讨老年人肝硬化的临床特征。方法随机选取并回顾性分析2011年3月至2013年3月于我院治疗肝硬化患者250例，其中110例老年患者为A组，140例非老年患者为B组，同期体检合格的健康成人90例为C组。结果 A组出现黄疸、上消化道出血等多于B组；A、B两组肝功能及凝血功能比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论老年人肝硬化患者必须结合病史、生化检测结果及临床症状综合考虑，同时预防上消化道出血等凝血功能异常引起的并发症。
목적：탐토노년인간경화적림상특정。방법수궤선취병회고성분석2011년3월지2013년3월우아원치료간경화환자250례，기중110례노년환자위A조，140례비노년환자위B조，동기체검합격적건강성인90례위C조。결과 A조출현황달、상소화도출혈등다우B조；A、B량조간공능급응혈공능비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론노년인간경화환자필수결합병사、생화검측결과급림상증상종합고필，동시예방상소화도출혈등응혈공능이상인기적병발증。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of the elderly cirrhosis.Methods A retrospective analysis of randomly selected and from March 2011 to March 2013 in our hospital patients with cirrhosis,of which 110 elderly patients (group A),140 cases of non-elderly patients as group B, the same period in 90 healthy adults qualified medical cases of group C.Results A group of jaundice,upper gastrointestinal bleeding than group B;A,B two liver function and blood coagulation statistical y significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with cirrhosis must combine history,biochemical detection considering the results and clinical symptoms, and prevention of gastrointestinal bleeding and other complications caused by coagulation abnormalities.
