目的:探讨黄芪注射液联合川芎嗪注射液对糖尿病患者尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响,分析其对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的保护作用。方法将入选的50例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组(常规治疗组)、治疗组(黄芪注射液联合川芎嗪注射液组)。治疗2个疗程后检测UAER及CRP水平。结果两组患者治疗后UAER和CRP水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论黄芪注射液联合川芎嗪注射液能明显减少糖尿病肾病患者UAER及CRP的水平,治疗效果明显,并有抑制炎性反应的作用。

목적:탐토황기주사액연합천궁진주사액대당뇨병환자뇨백단백배설솔(UAER)급C반응단백(CRP)수평적영향,분석기대조기당뇨병신병(DN)적보호작용。방법장입선적50례조기당뇨병신병환자수궤분위대조조(상규치료조)、치료조(황기주사액연합천궁진주사액조)。치료2개료정후검측UAER급CRP수평。결과량조환자치료후UAER화CRP수평명현강저,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),차치료조교대조조강저경명현(P<0.05)。결론황기주사액연합천궁진주사액능명현감소당뇨병신병환자UAER급CRP적수평,치료효과명현,병유억제염성반응적작용。
Objective To observe the ef ect of Huangqi injection combined with Ligustrazine Injection on urinary albumin excretion in patients with diabetes mel itus rate(UAER)and C reactive protein(CRP)level influence,on the early stage of diabetic nephropathy(DN)protection.Methods 50 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group(routine treatment group),the treatment group(Huang Qi injection combined with ligustrazine injection group).After 2 courses of treatment,detection of UAER and CRP.Results The two groups of patients after treatment,UAER and CRP levels were significantly lower,the dif erence was statistical y significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group than in the control group decreased more obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion Astragalus injection combined with ligustrazine injection can significantly reduce UAER in patients with diabetic nephropathy and the level of CRP,the treatment effect is obvious inhibiting inflammatory reaction.
