采用循环伏安法研究了该修饰电极在碱性B-R缓冲溶液中的电化学行为。研制了铋粉修饰PVC-碳糊电极,实验发现,在碱性条件下( pH大于9时),其还原峰电流与溶液pH值呈良好的线性关系( r=0.9991).采用循环伏安法,结合分光光度法测定了铬黑T三级离解常数pKa311.32,相对误差为2.0%.
採用循環伏安法研究瞭該脩飾電極在堿性B-R緩遲溶液中的電化學行為。研製瞭鉍粉脩飾PVC-碳糊電極,實驗髮現,在堿性條件下( pH大于9時),其還原峰電流與溶液pH值呈良好的線性關繫( r=0.9991).採用循環伏安法,結閤分光光度法測定瞭鉻黑T三級離解常數pKa311.32,相對誤差為2.0%.

A novel PVC carbon paste electrode modified with bismuth powder ( PVC-Bi-CPE) was prepared in this paper . The electrochemical behave of the modified carbon paste electrode was investigated in basic B -R buffer solution by cyclic vol-tammetry.The results indicated that the reduction peak currents were in linear relationship with the pH (the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9991) in the condition of basic solution(pH>9).This novel modified electrode was applied to the determi-nation of 3-order dissociation constant ( pKa3 ) of BET Coupling with spectrophotometry in basic B -R buffer solution and the result showed that pKa3 BET=11.32 with a relative error of 2.0%.
