采用实验法、座谈法、数理统计法对组织设计理论在高校体育专业篮球专项班课余比赛中的运用效果进行研究，结构表明：与对照班相比，把实验班设计为作战部、外联部、宣传部、后勤部、技术统计部和裁判部六个部门后，实验班学生参与业余比赛的场次明显增多且目的更加明确；新的班级组织对课余比赛进行科学管理后，学生各项篮球技能得到提高；学生的篮球比赛意识和能力，篮球临场裁判能力得到明显锻炼和提高；学生分工合作能力，责任感等其他方面的能力素质也得到提高。

Use the method of experimental , discussion and mathematical statistics to research on the using effect of organiza-tion design theory apply to the college basketball major class's extracurricular competition , the result indicated that:Compared with the comparative class , after the experimental class was reasonably designed to six departments :Fight department , Liaison department , Propaganda department , Technology Department of statistics , The referee department and Logistics department , the experimental class took part in more extracurricular competitions and the competition purposes were more clear , the extra-curricular competitions were under the management of the new class organization , the students'basketball skills were im-proved , competition consciousness and ability were improved , The referee ability was improved , division and cooperation of la-bor ability, sense of responsibility and other skills were also improved .
