目的：探讨手术室专科护士胜任力特征间的关系。方法通过质性研究及Delphi法设计手术室专科护士胜任力特征的问卷，利用结构方程模型对调查数据进行模型构建。结果手术室专科护士基本胜任力通过核心胜任力影响鉴别胜任力，模型相对适配度和绝对适配度均较理想（G F I＝0．912，AGFI＝0．907，CFI＝0．934，IFI＝0．979，RFI＝0．938，NFI＝0．954，RESEA＝0．050）。结论手术室专科护士培训需以鉴别胜任力为培训目标，以核心胜任力为主要培训内容，以基本胜任力为基础。

목적：탐토수술실전과호사성임력특정간적관계。방법통과질성연구급Delphi법설계수술실전과호사성임력특정적문권，이용결구방정모형대조사수거진행모형구건。결과수술실전과호사기본성임력통과핵심성임력영향감별성임력，모형상대괄배도화절대괄배도균교이상（G F I＝0．912，AGFI＝0．907，CFI＝0．934，IFI＝0．979，RFI＝0．938，NFI＝0．954，RESEA＝0．050）。결론수술실전과호사배훈수이감별성임력위배훈목표，이핵심성임력위주요배훈내용，이기본성임력위기출。
Objective To explore the model of constructing competency in professional nurses in operat-ing room .Methods A competency questionnaire of professional nurses in operating room was designed and structural equation model was established to analyze the data collected in this study .Results The identifica-tion of basic competency and core competency were conducted ,and the relative and absolute fit indexes of competence models were good(GFI=0 .912 ,AGFI=0 .907 ,CFI=0 .934 ,IFI=0 .979 ,RFI=0 .938 ,NFI=0 . 954 ,RESEA=0 .050) .Conclusion The training for professional nurses in operating room should have the core competency as the main content and have the basic competence as the fundamental content .
