对齐鲁 S Zorb 装置吸附剂硅酸锌含量升高原因进行查找和分析,发现装置反应系统水含量偏高是主要原因。采取加大吸附剂置换量、降低循环量、降低吸附剂再生强度等措施,使装置吸附剂上硅酸锌含量逐渐降低,最终达到操作要求。

Causes for increase of absorbent zinc silicate in Qilu S Zorb unit were searched and analyzed, and slightly raise on water content of the unit reaction system was found as the main reason.Measures were adopted involved enlarging displacement of the absorbent , decrea-sing the circulation quantity and regeneration absorbent strength , which gradually decreased the content of absorbent zinc silicate of the unit, and operation requirements were reached.
