近年来，随着我国外贸体制的改革，中小外贸企业发展迅速，但在经营中也存在着一些问题，不利于企业和行业的长期可持续发展。基于自身的内外部优势和劣势，中小外贸企业要实现可持续发展，必须着眼于竞争战略的调整、经营模式的升级转型、企业组织战略和管理制度的优化以及国际化经营等方面。同时，政府应在经营环境、金融政策、产业政策等方面发挥支持或引导作用。
근년래，수착아국외무체제적개혁，중소외무기업발전신속，단재경영중야존재착일사문제，불리우기업화행업적장기가지속발전。기우자신적내외부우세화열세，중소외무기업요실현가지속발전，필수착안우경쟁전략적조정、경영모식적승급전형、기업조직전략화관리제도적우화이급국제화경영등방면。동시，정부응재경영배경、금융정책、산업정책등방면발휘지지혹인도작용。
With the reform of China's foreign trade system in recent years,small-medium-sized foreign trade enterprises have rapidly developed,but the problems in management are prejudicing the long term sustainable development of the enterprises as well as the whole industry. On account of their internal weakness and external threats,the SME foreign trade enterprises should take efforts to adjust their competition strategy,upgrade their management mode,optimize their organization and management system,and improve their internationalization strategy. Meanwhile,the government needs to support and guide the development of the SME foreign trade enter-prises in terms of business environment,finance policy and industry policy.
