提出地球科学数据共享的框架体系，并从国家政策机制、共享服务规范、共享服务对象以及系统平台应用的角度对地球科学数据共享的建设和发展提出建议。通过建立健全地球科学数据共享过程中的规范条例、明确共享服务对象的权利义务、合理定位共享平台的功能体系，促进地学领域数据共享事业的健康发展。
提齣地毬科學數據共享的框架體繫，併從國傢政策機製、共享服務規範、共享服務對象以及繫統平檯應用的角度對地毬科學數據共享的建設和髮展提齣建議。通過建立健全地毬科學數據共享過程中的規範條例、明確共享服務對象的權利義務、閤理定位共享平檯的功能體繫，促進地學領域數據共享事業的健康髮展。
제출지구과학수거공향적광가체계，병종국가정책궤제、공향복무규범、공향복무대상이급계통평태응용적각도대지구과학수거공향적건설화발전제출건의。통과건립건전지구과학수거공향과정중적규범조례、명학공향복무대상적권리의무、합리정위공향평태적공능체계，촉진지학영역수거공향사업적건강발전。
hTis paper proposes the framework of the geo-data sharing system, which includes national policy mechanism, sharing service speciifcation and standards, sharing service users, system platform application. In the process of data sharing, we should provide the sharing standards and speciifcation to ensure the integrity of data resources. On the other hand, we should make it clear the rights and obligations of users and positioning the function system of sharing platform reasonable.
