分析报废汽车回收与再制造产业模式,设计报废汽车回收与再制造过程信息综合追溯模型及框架系统,包括报废汽车信息追溯系统、回收与再制造过程信息管理系统、再制造工艺评价与决策系统、再制造产品信息跟踪系统等模块,利用现代的信息技术实现对汽车从整车到零部件、从生产到报废的信息化管理。
分析報廢汽車迴收與再製造產業模式,設計報廢汽車迴收與再製造過程信息綜閤追溯模型及框架繫統,包括報廢汽車信息追溯繫統、迴收與再製造過程信息管理繫統、再製造工藝評價與決策繫統、再製造產品信息跟蹤繫統等模塊,利用現代的信息技術實現對汽車從整車到零部件、從生產到報廢的信息化管理。

This paper analyses the industry development pattern, designs model and framework for integrated information traceability system(IITS) for scrapped automobile recycling and remanufacturing process, including the scrap vehicle information tracing system, the recycling and remanufacturing process information management system, the remanufacturing process evaluation and decision-making system, the remanufacturing product information tracking system and the other modules. hTe IT technology has been used to undergo the whole-life information management of the vehicle and its parts to provide information support. hTe technology is helpful for the development of China's green car technology and recycling economy.
