通过正交试验设计,优选柿叶中总黄酮的超声辅助提取工艺,并对湖南省不同地区、不同品种柿叶原料中总黄酮的含量进行了分析比较。结果表明:超声辅助提取柿叶总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度60%、料液比1∶50、超声时间30 min、超声温度60℃;湖南省不同地区、不同品种的柿叶原料中总黄酮的含量有明显差异,表明品种差异、地区差异以及栽培管理条件都是影响柿叶原料中总黄酮含量的重要因素。

통과정교시험설계,우선시협중총황동적초성보조제취공예,병대호남성불동지구、불동품충시협원료중총황동적함량진행료분석비교。결과표명:초성보조제취시협총황동적최가공예조건위을순농도60%、료액비1∶50、초성시간30 min、초성온도60℃;호남성불동지구、불동품충적시협원료중총황동적함량유명현차이,표명품충차이、지구차이이급재배관리조건도시영향시협원료중총황동함량적중요인소。
Using orthogonal experimental design,the optimal extraction technology of total flavonoid from Diospyros kaki leaves by ultrasonic was selected,and the total flavonoid content in different varieties of Diospyros kaki in Hunan Province was studied. The results showed that,the optimal extraction conditions were ethanol concentration 60%,ratio of material to solvent 1 ∶50,extraction by ultrasonic 30 min and temperature 60 ℃. There was obviously distinction of the total fla-vonoid content among different varieties of Diospyros kaki leaves and different regions in Hunan Province,which indicated that species difference,regions difference and cultivation management are all the important factors to affect the content of total flavonoid in Diospyros kaki leaves.
