研究了思茅松穗条的木质化程度和储存时间对嫁接成活率的影响,结果表明:老枝比嫩枝的嫁接成活率更高;嫁接成活率随着穗条储存时间的增加而降低,当穗条置于冷库(0~10℃)条件下,穗条储存7天后嫁接成活率为10%,常温条件下,穗条储存5天后嫁接成活率仅有3.3%。
研究瞭思茅鬆穗條的木質化程度和儲存時間對嫁接成活率的影響,結果錶明:老枝比嫩枝的嫁接成活率更高;嫁接成活率隨著穗條儲存時間的增加而降低,噹穗條置于冷庫(0~10℃)條件下,穗條儲存7天後嫁接成活率為10%,常溫條件下,穗條儲存5天後嫁接成活率僅有3.3%。
연구료사모송수조적목질화정도화저존시간대가접성활솔적영향,결과표명:로지비눈지적가접성활솔경고;가접성활솔수착수조저존시간적증가이강저,당수조치우랭고(0~10℃)조건하,수조저존7천후가접성활솔위10%,상온조건하,수조저존5천후가접성활솔부유3.3%。
The influence of scion lignification degree and storage time on the survival rate of container seeding grafting of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis was studied. The results showed that,the grafting survival rate with an old scion was high-er than that with a tender scion,and the grafting survival rate decreased with the increase of storage time. When scion un-der the condition of cold storage (0~10℃),the grafting survival rate was 10%after seven days of storage. When scion under the condition of normal temperature,its grafting survival rate was 3.3% after five days of storage.
