目的:探索RECK基因在乳腺癌组织中的表达与乳腺癌侵袭、转移及预后的相关性。方法取75例乳腺癌组织为研究组,另取25例乳腺癌旁正常组织,采用免疫组织化学S P法检测RECK基因的表达,并分析RECK基因与乳腺癌生物学行为的关系。结果 RECK基因在75例乳腺癌组织中的阴性表达率为33.3%,在25例癌旁正常乳腺组织中的阴性表达率为0( P <0.01);在T1+ T2与T3+ T4两组的低表达率分别为62.9%和80%( P <0.01);在N0+N1与N2+ N3两组的低表达率分别为33.3%和68.4%( P <0.01);在M 0与M 1两组的低表达率为50%和94.1%( P<0.01);RECK低表达组5年生存率(55.6%)明显低于高表达组(80%)( P<0.01)。结论RECK 基因低表达与乳腺癌的分期、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移和器官转移等生物学行为有关。

목적:탐색RECK기인재유선암조직중적표체여유선암침습、전이급예후적상관성。방법취75례유선암조직위연구조,령취25례유선암방정상조직,채용면역조직화학S P법검측RECK기인적표체,병분석RECK기인여유선암생물학행위적관계。결과 RECK기인재75례유선암조직중적음성표체솔위33.3%,재25례암방정상유선조직중적음성표체솔위0( P <0.01);재T1+ T2여T3+ T4량조적저표체솔분별위62.9%화80%( P <0.01);재N0+N1여N2+ N3량조적저표체솔분별위33.3%화68.4%( P <0.01);재M 0여M 1량조적저표체솔위50%화94.1%( P<0.01);RECK저표체조5년생존솔(55.6%)명현저우고표체조(80%)( P<0.01)。결론RECK 기인저표체여유선암적분기、종류대소、림파결전이화기관전이등생물학행위유관。
ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between the invasion ,metastasis and prognosis of the expression of RECK gene in breast cancer and breast cancer .Methods75 cases of breast cancer study group , another 25 cases of breast cancer adjacent normal tissue ,the expression of RECK gene was detected by im-munohistochemical SP method ,and analyze the relationship between RECK gene and the biological behav-ior in breast cancer .ResultsThe negative RECK gene in 75 cases of breast carcinoma was 33 .3% ,negative in 25 cases of adjacent normal breast tissues was 0 ( P < 0 .01);in the T1+ T2 and the low expression of T3+ T4 in two groups were 62 .9% and 80% ( P< 0 .01);In the N0+N1 and the low expression of N2+N3 in two groups were 33 .3% and 68 .4% ( P < 0 .01);in the M0 and the low expression of M1 in two groups were 50% and 94 .1% ( P < 0 .01);RECK low expression group ,5 years survival rate (55 .6% ) was significantly lower than that in the high expression group (80% ) ( P< 0 .01) .ConclusionThe low ex-pression of RECK gene is associated with breast cancer staging ,tumor size ,lymph node metastasis and or-gan metastasis .
