目的:研究视网膜光凝对糖尿病性视网膜病变的治疗效果。方法对45例糖尿病性视网膜病变患者共计80只患眼,采用视网膜光凝治疗,评价患者视力的变化。结果全部80只患眼中29只患眼视力获得提高,2只患眼视力下降,49例患眼视力没有发生变化;不同病变分期间患者治疗后视力变化差异显著,分期高的患者治疗效果差( P <0.05)。56只黄斑水肿患者中治疗后29只全部消退,24只部分消退,3只无变化;不同黄斑水肿分型患者间水肿消退程度差别具有显著性( P <0.05)。所有接受治疗的患者均未出现严重并发症。结论视网膜光凝治疗能够改善糖尿病性视网膜病变患者黄斑水肿程度,提高患者的视力。

목적:연구시망막광응대당뇨병성시망막병변적치료효과。방법대45례당뇨병성시망막병변환자공계80지환안,채용시망막광응치료,평개환자시력적변화。결과전부80지환안중29지환안시력획득제고,2지환안시력하강,49례환안시력몰유발생변화;불동병변분기간환자치료후시력변화차이현저,분기고적환자치료효과차( P <0.05)。56지황반수종환자중치료후29지전부소퇴,24지부분소퇴,3지무변화;불동황반수종분형환자간수종소퇴정도차별구유현저성( P <0.05)。소유접수치료적환자균미출현엄중병발증。결론시망막광응치료능구개선당뇨병성시망막병변환자황반수종정도,제고환자적시력。
Objective To explore the clinical efficiency of retinal laser coagulation in treating diabetic ret-inopathy .Methods 45 patients with 80 eyes suffering from diabetic retinopathy were adopted in this study and the changes of visual acuity were detected before and after photocoagulation therapy .Results Visual a-cuity were improved in 29 eyes ,no changes occurred in 49 eyes and 2 eyes showed decreased visual acuity . The different changes in visual acuity at different clinical stages were significant and the cases of higher clinical stages got poor improvement from laser coagulation ( P<0 .05) .Macular edema completely subsi-ded in 29 eyes ,partial subsidence occurred in 24 eyes and no changes occurred in 3 eyes .The extent of ede-ma subsiding was significantly different between different macular edema types ( P <0 .05) .No serious complications occurred in all patients after laser coagulation .Conclusion Retinal photocoagulation is an ef-fective intervention in alleviating macular edema and improving visual acuity in patients with diabetic reti-nopathy .
