目的:探讨VHL基因和HIF-1α蛋白表达水平对子宫颈癌临床病理因素的影响。方法用免疫组织化学SP法检测VHL基因和HIF-1α在85例子宫颈癌和32例子宫颈正常粘膜组织中的表达水平,并分析它们表达与子宫颈癌分化程度、临床分期、转移及预后的相关性。结果85例子宫颈癌组织中有39例VHL基因呈阳性表达(45.88%),32例子宫颈正常粘膜中有30例阳性表达VHL基因(93.75%)(P<0.01)。在85例子宫颈癌组织中HIF-1α蛋白阳性表达67例(78.82%),在32例子宫颈正常粘膜中HIF-1α蛋白阳性表达7例(21.88%)(P<0.01);子宫颈癌的分化程度、临床分期、转移及预后与VHL基因的阴性表达和HIF-1α蛋白的阳性表达密切相关(P<0.05)。结论VHL基因表达下调和HIF-1α蛋白表达上调是子宫颈癌的侵袭生长与扩散转移过程中的重要生物学事件。

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of VHL gene and HIF-1 protein expression in cervical cancer clinical pathological factors .MethodsThe expression level of SP immunohistochemistry was used to detect the V HL gene and HIF-1 in 85 cases of cervical carcinoma and 32 cases of cervical normal mucosa tissues ,and analyze their relationship with cervical cancer differentiation degree ,clinical stage ,metastasis and prognosis .Results85 cases of cervical carcinoma in 39 cases of VHL gene positive expression (45 . 88% ) ,30 cases of positive expression of V HL gene in 32 cases of cervical normal mucosa (93 .75% ) ( P<0 .01) .In 85 cases of cervical carcinoma in the positive expression of HIF-1 protein in 67 cases (78 .82% ) , in 32 cases of cervical normal mucosa ,the positive expression of HIF-1 protein in 7 cases (21 .88% ) ( P<0 .01);the expression of HIF-1 α protein negative expression and cervical cancer differentiation degree , clinical stage ,metastasis and prognosis and VHL genes are closely related ( P <0 .05) .ConclusionDown regulation of V HL gene expression and HIF-1 alpha expression is an important biological events transfer process of uterine cervical carcinoma invasive grow th and diffusion of the .
