目的:探讨创伤患者血清V EG F水平与创伤组织愈合的关系。方法采用酶联夹心法测定62例皮肤软组织创伤患者、33例创伤性骨折患者和25例外科手术患者血清V EG F的水平,分析其与创伤组织愈合时间的关系。结果皮肤软组织创伤患者、普外科手术患者和创伤性骨折患者三组血清VEGF的水平之间在外伤后1周时差异不明显,2周时前两组骨折组患者血清VEGF水平差异明显有统计学意义( P <0.01);三组患者血清 VEGF水平与创伤组织临床愈合进程相一致。结论 VEGF是组织创伤愈合的重要作用因子,创伤患者血清VEGF水平反映了创伤组织愈合的进程。

목적:탐토창상환자혈청V EG F수평여창상조직유합적관계。방법채용매련협심법측정62례피부연조직창상환자、33례창상성골절환자화25예외과수술환자혈청V EG F적수평,분석기여창상조직유합시간적관계。결과피부연조직창상환자、보외과수술환자화창상성골절환자삼조혈청VEGF적수평지간재외상후1주시차이불명현,2주시전량조골절조환자혈청VEGF수평차이명현유통계학의의( P <0.01);삼조환자혈청 VEGF수평여창상조직림상유합진정상일치。결론 VEGF시조직창상유합적중요작용인자,창상환자혈청VEGF수평반영료창상조직유합적진정。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of serum VEGF in patients with trauma and wound healing .Methods The serum VEGF levels of 62 cases of skin soft tissue trauma ,33 ca-ses of traumatic fracture and 25 cases of surgical operation were detected with enzyme linked sandwich method ,and the relationship between the VEGF levels and the healing time of wound tissues was anlyzed . Results The serum VEGF levels of patients with skin soft tissue trauma ,patients receiving general surgery and patients with traumatic fracture showed no obvious difference one week after trauma ,but the serum VEGF levels of patients with skin soft tissue trauma ,patients receiving general surgery showed significant difference two weeks after fracture( P <0 .01) .The serum VEGF level and the healing process of clinical trauma tissue were consistent . Conclusion VEGF is an important factor for wound healing ,and serum VEGF levels in patients with trauma can reflect the wound healing process .
