幼儿期不仅是个体健康发展的奠基阶段,也是多种积极品质发展的关键时期,因此,幼儿教师是否有意识地发展幼儿的积极品质就显得十分重要。通过对幼儿教师的调查,了解到幼儿教师有意识地发展幼儿积极品质存在的特点,从而提出相应的培养策略;从积极心理学的视角看,每个孩子,不论背景或能力都有着向积极、成功方向发展的潜力。教师有意识地发展幼儿的积极品质,对促进幼儿积极健康地发展,保证其拥有幸福和成功的未来奠定基础。
幼兒期不僅是箇體健康髮展的奠基階段,也是多種積極品質髮展的關鍵時期,因此,幼兒教師是否有意識地髮展幼兒的積極品質就顯得十分重要。通過對幼兒教師的調查,瞭解到幼兒教師有意識地髮展幼兒積極品質存在的特點,從而提齣相應的培養策略;從積極心理學的視角看,每箇孩子,不論揹景或能力都有著嚮積極、成功方嚮髮展的潛力。教師有意識地髮展幼兒的積極品質,對促進幼兒積極健康地髮展,保證其擁有倖福和成功的未來奠定基礎。

The stage of preschool is not only the foundation for the healthy development of young children but also the critical period of the development for positive characters. Therefore, developing children ' s positive characters is particularly important. The research through to the survey of preschool teachers , we learned that preschool teachers develop positive quality of preschoolers existing features , meanwhile , proposing the appropriate culturing strategies. Looking from the perspective of positive psychology, no matter the contexts or a-bilities, every child has the potential to have a positive and successful direction of development. Preschool teachers in the day activities should pay attention to develop children's positive characters. Promote positive de-velopment of young children, to ensure that children have a happy and successful future.
