对比剂急性肾损伤是介入诊疗术严重的并发症之一。通过监测一些指标的变化可以早期发现对比剂所致的急性肾损伤，这对于对比剂急性肾损害的早期诊断和早期治疗、延缓病情发展有极其重要意义。现就近几年监测对比剂急性肾损伤的早期生物学标志物的研究情况做以综述。

Contrast-induced acute kidney injury(CI-AKI) is one complication of coronary intervention due to the use of contrast medium. Early renal damage caused by contrast medium can be detected through monitoring specific markers. It is important to detect the early renal damage for efficient clinical assessment to provide therapy for contrast-induced nephropathy thus delaying the progression of disease. This article gives an overview of the biomarkers used to detect early renal damage in contrast-induced acute kidney injury.
