党内民主是党的生命，主要包括三个层次：一是民主的思想或意识；二是民主的制度或体制；三是民主的精神或生活习惯。党章对党内民主进行了许多原则性、系统性的制度规定，但是，有些制度在实践中不能得到很好地贯彻和落实，其中一个重要原因在于作为党内民主主体的党员还没有将党章规定的民主制度内化为党员的民主精神或生活习惯。
黨內民主是黨的生命，主要包括三箇層次：一是民主的思想或意識；二是民主的製度或體製；三是民主的精神或生活習慣。黨章對黨內民主進行瞭許多原則性、繫統性的製度規定，但是，有些製度在實踐中不能得到很好地貫徹和落實，其中一箇重要原因在于作為黨內民主主體的黨員還沒有將黨章規定的民主製度內化為黨員的民主精神或生活習慣。
당내민주시당적생명，주요포괄삼개층차：일시민주적사상혹의식；이시민주적제도혹체제；삼시민주적정신혹생활습관。당장대당내민주진행료허다원칙성、계통성적제도규정，단시，유사제도재실천중불능득도흔호지관철화락실，기중일개중요원인재우작위당내민주주체적당원환몰유장당장규정적민주제도내화위당원적민주정신혹생활습관。
Inner-party democracy is the life of the party, and Mainly includes three levels. One level is the democratic thought or consciousness. Second level is the democratic system or system. Three level is the spirit of democracy or living habits. Three levels are the process of mutual promotion, reciprocating cycle, and continuously improvement. The constitution of the party is the general charter and the general rules of the party, make many principle and systematic regulations, and effectively promoted the scientific construction of inner-party democracy. However, some systems have not been well implemented in practice. One of the important reasons is that the party members as the main body of the inner-party democracy do not take the democratic system as democratic spirit or living habit.
