目的：探讨品管圈活动前后静脉输液渗出率的变化。方法科室10名护理人员组成品管圈小组，确立“降低静脉输液渗出率”为活动主题，记录活动前静脉输液渗出的情况，分析存在的主要问题，并制定和落实相应的对策。结果通过此次品管圈活动，静脉输液渗出率由6?．24％降至2．07％。结论开展品管圈活动降低了静脉输液渗出率，提高了护理人员静脉输液技术操作能力。
목적：탐토품관권활동전후정맥수액삼출솔적변화。방법과실10명호리인원조성품관권소조，학립“강저정맥수액삼출솔”위활동주제，기록활동전정맥수액삼출적정황，분석존재적주요문제，병제정화락실상응적대책。결과통과차차품관권활동，정맥수액삼출솔유6?．24％강지2．07％。결론개전품관권활동강저료정맥수액삼출솔，제고료호리인원정맥수액기술조작능력。
Objective To study the effects of quality control circle (QCC) activity to reduce venous transfusion exudation rate .Methods The QCC group was consisted of 10 nurses in our department .Reducing the intravenous transfusion exudation rate was set as the theme .The data of venous transfusion exudation rate was recorded and analyzed .The countermeasures were formulated and implemented . Results After the quality control circle activity , the intravenous transfusion exudation rate slid from 6 t.24% to 2 .07% .Conclusion QCC activity can reduce venous transfusion exudation rate and enhance nurses′skill of venous transfusion .
