世情、国情、党情的深刻变化对中国共产党的建设提出了新的要求，中国共产党面临的执政考验、改革开放考验、市场经济考验和外部环境考验是长期的、复杂的和严峻的，落实党要管党、从严治党的任务比过去任何时候都更为繁重和紧迫。在全党抓反“四风”与以改革精神加强廉政建设的新形势下，中国共产党建设的关键一环就是切实提高共产党员的党性修养。
世情、國情、黨情的深刻變化對中國共產黨的建設提齣瞭新的要求，中國共產黨麵臨的執政攷驗、改革開放攷驗、市場經濟攷驗和外部環境攷驗是長期的、複雜的和嚴峻的，落實黨要管黨、從嚴治黨的任務比過去任何時候都更為繁重和緊迫。在全黨抓反“四風”與以改革精神加彊廉政建設的新形勢下，中國共產黨建設的關鍵一環就是切實提高共產黨員的黨性脩養。

The profound international and national changes and the change within the party all challenge the construc-tion of Chinese Communist Party in the new era. The ruling party faces a long-term, complex and serious test which include the test of reform and opening up, the market economy test, the test of the external environment. Thus the implementation of the party to manage the party strictly is more arduous and urgent than ever. Under the anti-“Four Winds” and the strengthening of reform and good governance in the new situation, it is very important for the Chinese Communist Party to improve the cultivation of the party members.
