语义网络是一种基于心理学认知模型的知识表达形式，能够将发散抽象的概念统一起来，形成的一个较为直观的图谱。基于语义网络的推理应用十分广泛，从简单的字符识别到复杂的国际象棋，从特定问题的求解到通用领域应用，诸如医疗疾病诊断、矿石筛选、气象分析以及法律专家推理等。本文根据法律关系中的概念体系来研究人工智能中的语义网络在法律推理中的应用。

Semantic Network is an expression of knowledge in the form of model-based cognitive psychology,which can make the abstract concept of divergence unite to form a more intuitive map. It is widely used,from simple character rec-ognition to the complicated chess,from the solution of specific problems to the generalfield of application,such as medical diagnosis,ore screening,weather analysis and legal expert reasoning. The paper study the application of semantic networks of artificial intelligence in legal reasoning,based on the concept of legal relations system.
