通过文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法，分别从性别、年龄、城乡分布、学历、职业等方面对广西羽毛球社会体育指导员进行了调查分析，认为城乡差异、受教育程度和羽毛球专业技术水平差距是影响羽毛球社会体育指导员指导效果的主要因素，并提出相关建议，以期为广西羽毛球社会体育指导员发展提供理论依据。

This article , by research methods of referring to documentations and making interviews and mathematical statistics , is designed to investigate and analyze the age and gender , urban and rural distri-bution, education background and occupation of badminton instructors of social sports in Guangxi prov -ince, figuring out the main factors which influence the educating effects of badminton instructors , such as urban-rural differences , education background differences and professional differences , so as to offer the targeted suggestions with the hope of providing theoretical basis of the development directions of badmin -ton instruction in Guangxi province.
