广州足球的科学化训练是以生化指标为评价标准、以polar心率表为监控手段。生化指标是作为评价运动员身体现阶段状态的手段，操作过程及评价过程略显繁琐。而心率监控室较为科学化且简单易行的指标，便于运动队的推广使用。通过polar心率表对运动训练过程实时监控，经过数据分析结果观察高强度的有氧训练手段是否有效，对今后运动队在高强度有氧方面提供一个参考。

The scientific training of Guangzhou football team applies the biochemical index as evaluation standard andadopts polar heart rate table as monitoring means.Biochemical indicators is as a tool of eval-uation body status at present stage , operation process and evaluation process is shown slightly cumber-some.The index of heart rate monitoring room is more scientific and simple , easy to use in the promotion of sports teams.This paper aims to conduct real -time monitoring the process of sports training by polar heart rate table , observe high intensity aerobic training method being effective or not though the data a-nalysis of results , to provide a reference for the high intensity aerobic training of sports team in future.
