筛选了一系列棉阻燃化合物,分别以单组分、双组分和叁组分复配棉用阻燃剂,棉织物经阻燃剂整理后进行有关性能测试。结果表明:复配阻燃剂m(磷酸二氢铵)︰m(氯化铵)︰m(硫酸铵)=1︰1︰1,用量300 g/L,烘干温度135℃,烘干时间5 min时,整理棉织物的续燃时间0 s、阴燃时间0 s、损毁长度1.3 cm、无黄变、甲醛含量0 mg/kg、强力395 N/5 cm、手感硬挺。
篩選瞭一繫列棉阻燃化閤物,分彆以單組分、雙組分和叁組分複配棉用阻燃劑,棉織物經阻燃劑整理後進行有關性能測試。結果錶明:複配阻燃劑m(燐痠二氫銨)︰m(氯化銨)︰m(硫痠銨)=1︰1︰1,用量300 g/L,烘榦溫度135℃,烘榦時間5 min時,整理棉織物的續燃時間0 s、陰燃時間0 s、損燬長度1.3 cm、無黃變、甲醛含量0 mg/kg、彊力395 N/5 cm、手感硬挺。
사선료일계렬면조연화합물,분별이단조분、쌍조분화참조분복배면용조연제,면직물경조연제정리후진행유관성능측시。결과표명:복배조연제m(린산이경안)︰m(록화안)︰m(류산안)=1︰1︰1,용량300 g/L,홍간온도135℃,홍간시간5 min시,정리면직물적속연시간0 s、음연시간0 s、손훼장도1.3 cm、무황변、갑철함량0 mg/kg、강력395 N/5 cm、수감경정。
A series of flame retardant substances for cotton were selected, and flame retardants were compounded by single, double or tri-substances. Properties of the cotton fabric treated with flame retardant were tested. The optimal process were as follows:the combination molar ratio of monoamine phosphate, amine chloride, amine sulfate was 1∶1∶1, dosage of flame retardant agent was 300 g/L, and finished fabric was dried at 135℃for 5 min. The treated fabric showed good flame retardancy with damage length 1.3 cm, hidden burning time and continued burning time 0 s, non-yellow, formaldehyde-free, and 395 N/5 cm of tensile strength and stiffen of handle.
