筛选了一系列棉阻燃化合物，分别以单组分、双组分和叁组分复配棉用阻燃剂，棉织物经阻燃剂整理后进行有关性能测试。结果表明：复配阻燃剂m(磷酸二氢铵)︰m(氯化铵)︰m(硫酸铵)=1︰1︰1，用量300 g/L，烘干温度135℃，烘干时间5 min时，整理棉织物的续燃时间0 s、阴燃时间0 s、损毁长度1.3 cm、无黄变、甲醛含量0 mg/kg、强力395 N/5 cm、手感硬挺。

A series of flame retardant substances for cotton were selected, and flame retardants were compounded by single, double or tri-substances. Properties of the cotton fabric treated with flame retardant were tested. The optimal process were as follows:the combination molar ratio of monoamine phosphate, amine chloride, amine sulfate was 1∶1∶1, dosage of flame retardant agent was 300 g/L, and finished fabric was dried at 135℃for 5 min. The treated fabric showed good flame retardancy with damage length 1.3 cm, hidden burning time and continued burning time 0 s, non-yellow, formaldehyde-free, and 395 N/5 cm of tensile strength and stiffen of handle.
