使用阳离子改性剂环氧季铵盐(3-氯-2-羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵)对棉纤维进行改性后再和毛纤维进行一浴法染色,2种纤维的ΔK/S值低于0.5,维持在0.25左右,同色性良好。棉纤维最佳阳离子改性工艺:改性剂用量60 g/L,NaOH用量20 g/L,改性温度70℃,改性时间60 min,浴比1︰50。
使用暘離子改性劑環氧季銨鹽(3-氯-2-羥基丙基三甲基氯化銨)對棉纖維進行改性後再和毛纖維進行一浴法染色,2種纖維的ΔK/S值低于0.5,維持在0.25左右,同色性良好。棉纖維最佳暘離子改性工藝:改性劑用量60 g/L,NaOH用量20 g/L,改性溫度70℃,改性時間60 min,浴比1︰50。

Cotton fiber was modified by epoxy quaternary ammonium salt cationic modification agent (3- chloro-2-hydroxy propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride) which is blended with wool fiber and then dyed in the same acid dye bath. TheΔK/S lower than 0.5, and control around 0.25, which can ensure the fibers obtain good homo-chromaticity. The optimal modification process is as follows:modification agent 60 g/L, NaOH 20 g/L, modification temperature 70℃for 60 min, the modification bath ratio 1︰50.
