研究载体处理、机械处理、碱处理对对位芳纶1414纤维染色性能的影响,分析不同处理方式对提高纤维染色深度和染料上染率的效果,找出有利于纤维染色的最佳预处理方式,用于工业化生产。试验发现:载体处理、机械处理后再染色对提高纤维染色深度和染料上染率效果明显,碱处理对提高染色效果不显著,采用机械处理-载体处理的预处理工艺能显著提高纤维的染色效果。

Para-aramid 1414 fiber is treated using carrier, mechanical treatment and alkali treatment and its effects on dyeing performance is discussed. Effects of improving K/S and dye uptake of fibers using different treating methods are analyzed. The optimize method of treating fiber was found for industrialized production. The results showed that K/S and dye uptake of fibers treated using carrier and mechanical treatment were improved obviously, alkali treatment can not be improved significantly. Dyeing performance can be improved significantly using carrier-mechanical treatment.
