根据高速泵增速箱的结构特点,提出一种油液监测和振动分析相结合的早期故障诊断方法。通过对高速泵齿轮箱的一次诊断事例说明该诊断方法有有效性。采用振动监测分析和油液分析相结合的诊断方法,可更准确地判断设备早期故障,从而避免设备状态恶化引起的严重事故。

An early stage fault diagnosis method based on vibration analysis an d oil monitoring was proposed,according to the structural characteristic of the special gearbox used to increase input shaft speed.Through an example of diagnosis for the gearbox of high speed pump,the method was shown effective.By using the diagnosis method based on vibration a-nalysis and oil monitoring,the faults of equipments in early stage can be more precisely estimated.Therefore severe acci-dents caused by deteriorating condition of the equipment are avoided.
