针对一种无人水下航行器镁合金圆筒舱段楔环连接和密封结构,分析比较其连接处O形密封圈材料及密封圈表面润滑脂的选择,并通过密封性试验和相容性试验,考察选定的橡胶密封圈的密封性能及选定的润滑脂与橡胶密封圈的相容性。结果表明,三元乙丙橡胶密封圈对该楔环连接结构连接处的气密效果最好,而7608液压系统合成润滑脂与三元乙丙橡胶密封圈相容性优良。
針對一種無人水下航行器鎂閤金圓筒艙段楔環連接和密封結構,分析比較其連接處O形密封圈材料及密封圈錶麵潤滑脂的選擇,併通過密封性試驗和相容性試驗,攷察選定的橡膠密封圈的密封性能及選定的潤滑脂與橡膠密封圈的相容性。結果錶明,三元乙丙橡膠密封圈對該楔環連接結構連接處的氣密效果最好,而7608液壓繫統閤成潤滑脂與三元乙丙橡膠密封圈相容性優良。

Aimed at the wedged ring connection and seal structure of the Magnesium alloy cylindrical cabins for an un-manned underwater vehicle,the selecting of the O-ring sealing materials in the connection place,and the lubricating grea-ses used in the seal ring surface was analyzed and compared.By the experiments of tightness and compatibility,the tight-ness performance of selected rubber seal and the compatibility of selected lubricating grease with rubber seal rings were in-vestigated.The results show that EPDM rubber seal ring has best air tightness for the wedged ring connection structure, and the 7608 synthetic lubricating grease of hydraulic system has excellent compatibility with the EPDM rubber seal ring.
