为了提高刀具使用寿命、工件的表面质量和尺寸精度,金属切削过程中使用切削液是一种常用的有效的方法。但切削液会对人身健康和环境造成一系列的负面影响。为了合理地确定切削液的流量,利用普朗特对流换热边界层理论分析液态强迫对流条件下少量润滑的冷却机制,推导出液态强迫对流条件下充分冷却所需最少切削液流量公式,并对普朗特对流换热边界层理论在铝合金7050-T7451铣削过程中的适应性进行实验验证。实验结果表明,利用普朗特对流换热边界层理论可以对少量润滑冷却机制做出较为合理的解析。

In metal cutting processes,the use of cutting fluid is the most common strategy to improve the tool life,the product surface finish and the size accuracy.But cutting fluid may result in a series of negative effects on human health and environment.In order to apply cutting fluid reasonably,little quantity lubricant cooling mechanisms under condition of liquid forced convection were researched based on Prandtl convective heat transfer boundary layer theory,the formula of minimum cutting fluid flow rate desired by sufficient cooling under condition of liquid forced convection was derived,and the validity of Prandtl convective heat transfer boundary layer theory on aluminum alloy 7050-T745 1 milling process was verified through experiments.Experimental result shows that little quantity lubricant cooling mechanism may be analyzed reasonably by Prandtl convective heat transfer boundary layer theory.
