采用数值方法研究润滑油环境黏度和接触椭圆比对纯挤压热弹流油膜特性的影响。结果显示:随着黏度的降低,冲击-反弹总时间延长,中心压力峰值降低,第二压力峰变矮;与此对应的中心膜厚降低,中心温升也降低。随椭圆比的增加,冲击-反弹时间缩短,中心压力曲线的主峰和第二压力峰逐渐融合,压力幅值降低;中心膜厚则先增加后降低,最小膜厚则逐渐增加。与中心压力曲线的分布类似,中心温度的第二峰和主峰也逐渐融合,总体温升降低。

Using numerical simulation method,the effects of elliptical ratio an d oil viscosity on the thermal elastohydro-dynamic lubrication of a free-fall motion were analyzed.The results show that a lower oil viscosity extends the impact-re-bounce time,the peak of the central pressure curve is reduced together with a shorter spike.Correspondingly the central film thickness and temperature rise are lowered.With the increase of the elliptical ratio,the impact-rebounce time is shortened and the spike of the central pressure curve merges into its peak.The central film thickness is increased before it drops again.The minimum film thickness gains its value all the way.The reduced central temperature spike merges into its peak.
