对叉车倾斜缸耳环断裂现象进行了分析,首先进行结构优化,取消了不必要且影响受力的油杯孔,使整体最大等效应力降低了40.81%;然后进行以主要结构尺寸为变量、整体最大等效应力值和局部最大等效应力值为优化目标的设计研究和目标优化;优化后的整体最大等效应力值进一步降低了15.6%,局部最大等效应力值降低了40.1%。
對扠車傾斜缸耳環斷裂現象進行瞭分析,首先進行結構優化,取消瞭不必要且影響受力的油杯孔,使整體最大等效應力降低瞭40.81%;然後進行以主要結構呎吋為變量、整體最大等效應力值和跼部最大等效應力值為優化目標的設計研究和目標優化;優化後的整體最大等效應力值進一步降低瞭15.6%,跼部最大等效應力值降低瞭40.1%。

The paper analyzes the breakage of earing of tilting cylinder of forklift,with structure optimization to elimi-nate unnecessary oil cup hole affecting load-carrying condition,so that the overall maximum equivalent stress reduces by 40.81%;the design study and target optimization is conducted with the major structural size as variable,overall and local maximum equivalent stress values as optimization target;the optimized overall maximum equivalent stress value reduces by 15.6%,and local one by 40.1%.
