伸缩臂履带起重机在回转过程中,由于吊重的摆动,回转产生的离心力以及起停时产生的惯性力,会产生附加的冲击载荷,从而影响臂架的应力状态。通过建立刚柔耦合的整机动力学模型,在RecurDyn里面对伸缩臂履带起重机的回转过程进行动力学仿真,得到回转加速度和质量对臂架应力状态的影响,为起重机设计提供依据。
伸縮臂履帶起重機在迴轉過程中,由于弔重的襬動,迴轉產生的離心力以及起停時產生的慣性力,會產生附加的遲擊載荷,從而影響臂架的應力狀態。通過建立剛柔耦閤的整機動力學模型,在RecurDyn裏麵對伸縮臂履帶起重機的迴轉過程進行動力學倣真,得到迴轉加速度和質量對臂架應力狀態的影響,為起重機設計提供依據。

When the telescopic boom crawler crane is in slewing process,due to swaying of the lifting objects,the centrifugal force caused by slewing and inertia force generated at start and stop will generate additional impact load,hence to affect the stress state of the boom.The rigid-flexible coupling dynamical model for the whole machine is built for dynamic simulation of the telescopic boom crawler crane in slewing process in RecurDyn,in order to get the effect of slewing accel-eration and mass on the stress state,providing a basis for the crane design.
